  5. a 110 meter oval laid on the 
  6. surface of a hockey rink.  The 
  7. game was invented in the late 19th 
  8. century when indoor rinks were 
  9. first introduced, and is 
  10. characterized by quick turns and 
  11. many crashes.

  14. women's singles and relays.  Cathy
  15.  Turner of the U.S., a parttime 
  16. singer and songwriter, has 
  17. captured Gold in both the 1992 and
  18. 1994 Olympics in women's singles,
  19. as well as a silver and a bronze in
  20. the relay events.  Korean Kim 
  21. Ki-Hoon has taken Gold in both the 
  22. men's events.
